BISTRO COMFORT, DELICIOUS AND TASTEFUL THE BEST IN HIS WAY
Is your favorite fine dining restaurant cooking your gourmet meal in a microwave?
Just curious what the public thinks, many actually do. Yup $30 fish, chops & steaks nuked to perfection – A damn shame
I really don’t think fine dining and the microwave should be used in the same sentence, but if thats what you like…whatever.

I don’t think it is. But if I hear it is it shouldn’t be called fine dining.

I don’t go to fine dining restaurants, I cook for myself.

Not all restaurants use microwaves. But most do. Its just a fast way to heat up SOME foods. Its not like they did away with the grills, ovens, fryers, and flat tops. But most customers dislike waiting 20 minutes for something to heat up. Most restaurants have a ticket time limit for the cooks of 15 minutes or less. That means that when a cook gets the order that was placed, they have 15 minutes to get the meal cooked and out to the customer. Well done items take longer, as do special orders.
