A Home Wine Making Tip

So recently I was playing around with some of my favorite home wine making recipes and I wanted to see if I could integrate some avocado into my creations. Now this took a lot of thought on my part because an avocado is not really the type of fruit that you try to turn into wine, it doesn’t have nearly enough juice in it … it is basically all meat. So here is what I did. I took all the fruit from the avocado and turned it into a mash. I then boiled the mash on the stove with just a little bit of water to create a reduction. wine making recipes
