best Mexican and best American restaurant in New Delhi?

I am going to be celebrating cinco de mayo and the 4th of july in India… just wanted to know if anyone knew any good Mexican and good American restaurants?
ummm I love indian food but I’m going to be there for 3 1/2 months, so it wouldn’t hurt to have backups. And you are wrong dr delhi they do exist, to an extent…. ever been to TGI Fridays?
